FAQs for speakers
- The conference will be held in presence only.
- This year the submission of talks will be done through Sessionize (opens in a new tab). The CFP closes on April 26, 2026.
- You can submit a maximum of 3 talks. For each talk a maximum of one co-speaker is allowed.
- Each speaker receives access to the conference, including all talks on both days as well as catering on site (hot and cold drinks, baguettes, snacks, fruits).
- As a non-profit association we unfortunately cannot cover travel and accommodation costs. This allows us to offer our participants the lowest possible entry price.
